- Registration fees are NOT inclusive of prevailing Goods & Services tax (GST) rate of 7%.

Cash
Cash is only accepted on-site on 13 – 15 April 2012 during the official registration opening hours. Only USD will be accepted.
IMPORTANT
Registration forms without payment will not be processed. For administrative reasons registration forms received after 1 April 2012 will not be processed. Delegates will have to register on site during the official registration opening hours. The congress organisers accept no liability for registration payment lost in mail.

Collection of Payment
Elsevier (S) Pte Ltd, organiser of Asian Oncology Summit 2012 (AOS 2012) had appointed and authorised Corporate IT Solutions Pte Ltd to collect and process payment for AOS 2012 registration.
Cancellations
For cancellations received in writing prior to February, 29, 2012 the paid registration fee will be returned less 25% administration fee. No refund will be issued after the specified date. Reimbursement will be forwarded 60 days after the congress.

Insurance
Participating delegates are encouraged and advised to purchase their personal travel insurance. The organiser will not be held liable for any injuries, damages or loss to individual or belongings during AOS 2012. |
