Cash is only accepted on-site on April 08-10, 2011 during the official registration opening hours. Only USD$ will be accepted.

* Registration fees are NOT inclusive of bank charges. Bank charges should be borne by the registrant.
* Registration fees should be received by 1 April 2011, 7 days to qualify for the said registration category. Should payment not be received by this date, it will be subject to the onsite registration fee. 		Collection of Payment
Elsevier (S) Pte Ltd, organiser of Asian Oncology Summit 2011 (AOS 2011) had appointed and authorised Corporate IT Solutions Pte Ltd to collect and process payment for AOS 2011 registration.

IMPORTANT
Registration forms without payment will not be processed. For administrative reasons registration forms received after 1 April 2011 will not be processed. Delegates will have to register on site during the official registration opening hours. The congress organisers accept no liability for registration payment lost in mail.

Cancellations
For cancellations received in writing prior to January, 31, 2011 the paid registration fee will be returned less 25% administration fee. No refund will be issued after the specified date. Reimbursement will be forwarded 60 days after the congress.
Insurance
Participating delegates are encouraged and advised to purchase their personal travel insurance. The organiser will not be held liable for any injuries, damages or loss to individual or belongings during AOS 2011.
